We provide transitional housing for 6-24 months, coupled with essential wraparound services for individuals returning from incarceration. This program is HUD and Continuum of Care ready, reflecting our commitment to high standards and effective support.

Our program delivers robust core services including case management, life skills training, financial literacy, employment support, behavioral health, and housing stabilization. Additionally, we offer enhanced support services such as family reunification support, legal aid partnerships for expungement and legal barriers, transportation assistance, and ID & document recovery to help obtain vital identification.
